The SmallBiz website is for people starting, running or growing a small business or those who want to plan or recover from a disaster or emergency. Its start, run and grow structure means targeted, practical help is available to people who are starting up, refining their business or expanding into new markets.
It also contains news, events, case studies, links and numerous interactive resources to help small business owners and operators help themselves.
A feature of the website is its Small Business Tool Kit. It has audio and video presentations, checklists, quizzes, and real-life case studies that give tips and solutions for managing everyday issues such as cash flow, insurance, HR and marketing.
It also helps small business owners and operators prepare their business and continuty plans so they can hit the ground running or recover from a disaster or emergency.
The SmallBiz website also contains specific information on initiatives for women in business, home-based and micro businesses, young entrepreneurs, Aboriginal businesses and industry groups.
