Industry & Investment NSW sponsors the 'business enterprise' and 'events and tourism' categories of these awards.
The winners of the 2009 Regional Achievement and Community Awards were announced in Bathurst Harbour on Saturday 31 October 2009.
The winner of the 'business enterprise' category in 2009 was Brunswick Heads Chamber of Commerce Inc.
The winner of the 'events and tourism' category in 2009 was the Mungindi Music Festival which is run by the Mungindi Progress Association.
