Renowned Aboriginal storyteller, Larry Brandy is passionate about sharing his Wiradjuri culture. He is available to do story-telling for schools, museums and school holiday programs.
Larry's interactive story-telling comes alive with demonstrations on how Wiradjuri people used to hunt and find food. He also uses real Aboriginal artefacts as well as animal masks to encourage participation.
This interactive style increases children's understanding of Aboriginal Australia in a very meaningful way, leaving them sharing things about this topic with each other and also with their parents.
Larry has performed at schools, libraries, the National Museum of Australia, the National Gallery of Australia, as well as for scout groups and overseas tourists. He also performs at annual NAIDOC week events, and is able to travel to places in New South Wales to perform.
