A seminar designed to assist employers assess their employment situation, and make decisions about employees in a downturn. The seminar includes ideas, other than redundancy or termination, to reduce the cost of employees, retain valuable staff and increase productivity while limiting the possibility of costly litigation.

About the speaker
Andrew Bland of BlandsLaw specialises in advising companies that require assistance with employment relations and litigation. Mr Bland has provided skilled and practical guidance as a solicitor and work-place advisor for more than 20 years.
