Although most businesses operate out of leased premises, legal disputes about leases remain frequent and can arise at any time. This seminar will arm you with the fundamental information you need when initially negotiating leases.

- Tal Williams, a partner with Australian Business Lawyers, who advises clients on a range of business-related issues and has extensive experience in commercial litigation.
- Candace Barron, the Deputy Registrar of the Retail Tenancy Unit in the NSW Department of State and Regional Development. Having participated in the last review of the Retail Leases Act 1994 she has a broad understanding of the legislation and its application.
