Sydney restaurants make a major economic contribution to the city in terms of jobs and investment.
Importantly, they are also a large part of the tourist appeal of this city generating enormous flow-on benefits to other parts of the city and the State economy.
Industry & Investment NSW is working to help strengthen the links between our world-class restaurants and local food and wine suppliers including through regional food and wine showcases, support for a range of regional food groups around the State, and support for the Sydney International Food Festival in October.
