Fine Food Australia is the largest food industry trade show in the southern hemisphere. Over 26,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries visit the show every year.
In 2021, the event will return to Sydney, 6–9 September at the International Convention Centre (ICC).
Applications for a NSW Government subsidy to exhibit in the Flavours of NSW zone at Fine Food Australia 2021, ICC Sydney have closed.
Eleven food and beverage companies were chosen to fly the NSW flag at Fine Food Australia 2019. The NSW Government provided these companies with subsidised places on a specially designed and prominently positioned 'Flavours of NSW' stand.
Most of the exhibitors were from regional NSW, including three from the Northern Rivers region, reflecting its growing reputation as a high-quality food and beverage producing region. The NSW Government also supported a demonstration kitchen and networking area near its stand.

Indigiearth is 100% Aboriginal owned and operated, manufacturing and producing a wide variety of Australian native foods. The company’s products range from native jams to chocolate coated macadamias. Based in Mudgee, Indigiearth proudly uses sustainable and ethically sourced premium Australian native ingredients.

Tancredi Foods is a gourmet condiment manufacturer based in the Hunter Valley producing a range of caramelised balsamic, salad dressings, mayonnaise and dessert sauces. Tancredi has its own brands Myanbah Farm and Finn's Kitchen, and also contract manufactures a range of products for other smaller businesses to brand themselves. Tancredi Foods was started by Glen Findley and Ben Shanley in 2004, based in Beresfield just outside of Newcastle NSW.

Wellness by Tess was created in 2012 after Tess herself battled with food sensitivities and autoimmune diseases for a few years. All products are gluten free, vegan, natural, free of refined sugar and simply delicious.
