Agilient provides end-to-end security and risk management solutions for organisations. The company specialises in information security standards and frameworks including ISO/IEC 27000 series, the Australian Signals Directorate’s Information Security Manual (ISM) and the US Commerce Department’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cyber Security Framework. Agilient is a Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) accredited company and provides industry leading enterprise cyber security solutions for the public and private sectors in NSW. Comprising industry experts with world-class skillsets, Agilient’s senior security experts typically hold high-level security clearances and have years of experience helping organisations in NSW build a solid infrastructure for creating, implementing, managing and maintaining exceptional cyber security policy and practices. Agilient has a proven track record and an outstanding reputation in a number of industries in the state.
Some of Agilient’s recent engagements include:
- providing an authentication and validation framework for Service NSW’s online client portal
- designing the security framework to build and operate the welfare payment IT system for the Department of Human Services. This is the largest IT procurement for the Australian Government outside of Defence
- obtaining ISM certification for Defence’s battle management system
- reviewing the cyber security for two of Australia’s largest data centre operators including the operation of seven data centres.
Agilient also assists the cyber security industry in NSW more broadly by developing tools and templates. One example of this is Agilient’s Cyber Security Mapping Toolset that facilitates the implementation of standards and assists with cyber risk management and compliance activities. There are 120 organisations using this tool including some of the largest government departments and commercial organisations in Australia.
